Director - Operational Audit and MIS
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify high risk areas, develop audit strategies and supervise recurring operational and thematic audits
- Prepare audit reports based on the results of the audits and to present findings along with the executable actions to the management and other stakeholders
- Assessing individual processes and enhancing them, for continuous improvement of the auditing function as per business requirements.
- Supervise a team of analysts to ensure accurate, timely and independent reporting of key performance indicators.
- Develop and refine performance measures to drive business objectives
- Help with revenue, costs and operational forecasting and related workforce planning
- Analyze and present operational data with the objective of solving business issues
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- 15+ years experience in operational service delivery / quality control functions
- Strong logical / critical thinking abilities with innovative problem solving skills.
- Eye for detail and a knack for numbers and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal
- Self-motivated, resourceful with a strong sense of ownership.
- First hand knowledge of performance reporting.
- A high degree of comfort with MS Excel. Python / R programming skills preferred
- CFA / CA / ICWA / CPA / CIMA qualification preferred
