Director - Operation - eCommerce Startup (8-13 yrs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiative
- Providing expertise to the Operations Excellence Team
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Responsible for delivery of Cost, Quality and Customer Service of the warehouses through establishing performance objectives, people development, process and budgetary control.
