Director - Omnichannel sales
- Setup physical stores that are integrated with the online channel (that is already in place) enhancing the efficiency and scalability through omnichannel transformation by intelligent use of data.
- Contribute to the retail expansion process and set-up plans at the strategic and operational levels.
- Provide buyers (or potential buyers) with a seamless experience, whether they're buying online from a desktop or mobile device or in a brick-and-mortar store.
Role Responsibilities :
- Carryout feasibility study including market, location, and geographical landscape for the opening of the new retail stores.
- Involve in the strategic management and decision-making process after the detailed market analysis for the business expansion.
- Negotiate and finalise business deals including lease agreements at the most beneficial commercial terms
- Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandise activities, determining additional sales promotion, authorization stock clearance, and studying trends within the allocated budget.
- Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotions, display plans, analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
- Liaise with various teams including supply chain, customer success and finance to ensure range and stock levels are consistent with business requirements.
- Formulate & implement a distribution model with increased focus on cost optimisation and efficiency
- Undertake store evaluation process by analysing new retail locations and recommending viable options according to the distribution strategy
- Increase sales to maximize profitability while reducing costs through well managed operational controls.
