Director - Offshore Fundraising - NBFC (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Performing all resource raising activities related to borrowings, debt and capital management covering ECB bond market, masala bonds as well as raising loan funds from overseas markets including banks, development institutions, multi-lateral agencies, FIIs.

2. Maintaining and developing new relationships with Banks, FIs, multi-lateral agencies, FIIs and fund arrangers.

3. Preparation of the resource raising budget including an appropriate mix from domestic and offshore markets taking into consideration risk appetite of potential investors/lenders, market conditions, cost effectiveness, time to market, regulations etc.

4. Coordinate with rating agencies, legal counsel, arrangers/ underwriters, regulators, internal teams to facilitate the raising of funds

5. Manage, monitor and optimize overall finance, transaction charges and interest cost for all fund-Raising facilities.

6. Ensuring availability of long-term debt at competitive rates at required time schedules.

7. Execute deals of bonds and bank loans draw-downs according to authorized limits.

8. Execute an appropriate hedge for all offshore borrowings and monitor and ensure that all hedging deposit placements/Swaps are conducted with approved counterparties within the established limits.

9. Work towards enhancing credit rating of the instruments issued by the company, timely ratings of all instruments including annual / periodic surveillance and compliances.

10. Monitor the overall debt of the Company and, ensure effective cost of debt

11. Analyze interest rate risk and make asset and liability management by arranging the maturities of bonds/bank loan draw-downs to match the assets positions

12. Coordinate with internal teams for timely servicing of the debt funds raised and ensuring regulatory compliances
