Director - New Store Launch & Projects - Restaurant/QSR (18-25 yrs)
A leading Restaurant /QSR company , leader in its domain, is looking for a Director New Store Launch and Projects, based in Bangalore.
The role would involve the following:
- Management of all new store launches projects
- Leading teams of Planning & Design Project Execution QA/QC Property assessment & compliance
- Budgeting - Cost control
- Vendor Management and vendor empanelment strategy
- Responsible for the entire QSR retail expansion/ store roll-out
- Paly strategic in development of new concepts on design
- Instrumental in the fit-out of entire rollouts,PAN India
- Head comprehensive retail design, development, procurement and project management with complete ownership of capital (Capex) budgets
- Work closely with marketing, operations and finance teams for impact analysis,
- Spearheading store financial modeling, consumer preferences focusing
