Director - Chartered Accountant (CA), /CPA

As part of the team, the Director will be responsible for:-

1. Directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.

2. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

3. Ability to manage within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction

4. Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise.

5. Initiating ''cross selling'' business to other practices.

6. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients

7. Developing an understanding of client's business and becoming a ''functional expert'' in the area.

8. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.

9. Work to expand client base and supports business development activities.

- Minimum Qualifications/Experience:-

1.Minimum of 12 to 15 years recent experience working in a public accounting environment

2. A successful record of attracting, hiring, retaining, and managing a team

3. Technically proficient in professional services.

4. Practice development experience.

5. Chartered Accountant certification

7. Experience working for a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm is a plus.
