Job Title : Director, Medical Affairs

Reporting To : Managing Director

Team Size : 30+ Medical Affairs professionals)

Candidate Profile :

- MD, MBBS

- 15+ years' relevant experience

- A demonstrated track record of success within Medical Affairs and/or clinical R&D.

- Proven ability to act as a medical spokesperson for external audiences is required. Also required is strong experience developing and managing strategic relationships with medical experts/opinion leaders

Job Profile :

- Manages the design and implementation plans of medical affairs program, including identification of critical paths, budget development and tracking of all projects.

- Oversees high scientific quality communication with leading specialists, KOLs, surgeons, regulatory agencies and medical societies to communicate value of company products, host formal discussions and understand key needs, key value drivers, practical treatment patterns, scientific activities within Super Speciality areas of Oncology, Immunology, Neurology and also Mass Speciality areas of Metabolics, Dermatology, Pain, Vertigo and Migraine.

- Identify industry trends, clinical/ medical insights and global standards of care to deliver quality products/ solutions

- Oversees response to unsolicited scientific queries of customers for approved products and products/ indications in development based on Medical Affairs and medical information documents
