We have an opportunity in a leading MNC for Legal Department.

Please find below the Job Description:-

CERTIFIED SIX SIGMA MASTER BLACK BELT(Mandatory)

- Work with the Leadership team to align improvement initiatives with the Organization's goals and strategy, while addressing clients' expectations

- Creating awareness about the concept of Quality and Continuous Improvement across the company

- Get buy-in and build internal capability by creating awareness, sharing knowledge through Six Sigma Champion, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt training sessions;

Specific responsibilities might include the following:

- Running VOC programs

- Establish mechanisms for reporting real-time performance metrics (for people and process) on an ongoing basis to external and internal stakeholders

- Implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, best practice sharing & innovation initiatives within the organization across locations;

- Evaluate and plan for the implementation of right standards/models for the organization e.g. ISO 9001-2008, BSC, e-SCM SP, COPC;

- Maintaining and improving the balanced score card framework

- Advise internal stakeholders and clients on improvement opportunities
