About our company Our company is a startup in HRTech being built by a stellar team (8 IITs, 6 ex-senior consultants/IIM, experienced leaders from Freshworks, Zoho, Flipkart etc.). We are backed by Binny Bansal (Flipkart Founder) and 6 other Asian unicorn founders like Kunal Shah. Our 25 membered team has industry veterans (10-15 years exp) in Sales and Marketing and 15+ folks from premier institutions. Co-Founder/CEO is Entrepreneur 35 under 35 2022.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel lead generation. We are looking for someone who has been a part of the 0-1 or 1-10 journey of a startup and understands the hustle in terms of creativity and persistence required to crack the market.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track organic and inorganic marketing metrics
- Guide, mentor and coordinate with team members to meet business timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners to run innovative campaigns
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
This is a Work-from-Office role with Bangalore as a base location
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 8-12 years of relevant experience
- US B2B SaaS experience is a must
- Good to have 0-1 or 1-10 startup experience
