- Executed through Digital Marketing and ATL/BTL Campaigns
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of revenue goals every quarter
- Ensure achievement of cost of acquisition goals every quarter
- Create measurable preference for organization over competition among target customers
- For Performance Marketing
- Build a supply of smart team members
- Build or deploy tech to optimize automatically
- Build multiple channels for leads - each channel contribution should be under 30%
- For Communication
- Build a supply of smart team members
- Ensure our communication is distinctly global quality
- Ensure our communication measurably reduces CAC
For Brand:
- Build measurable brand preference among target customers
- Build measurable brand preference among target customers
Skills Required:
- Experience running marketing for a USD 100 - 200 Million P&L
- Experience operating in an environment where brand integrity and compliance is to be met 100%
- Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing innovation, boundaryless thinking (involved in marketing, delivery etc.)
- Leading the Digital/ performance marketing teams for an Indian start up (eCom, eRetail, Holidays, Travel, HNI- Fintech) would fit ideally
