- Craft and lead a world-class content and communications strategy that builds awareness and perception of Goodera.
- Lead Generation, Thought Leadership, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing would be key focus areas in descending order of priority
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. UN agencies, influencers, industry bodies etc.) in the ecosystem.
- Drive and lead engagement with media partners including print and digital media.
- Drive conferences, knowledge roundtables, awards, and events.
- Partner with the Goodera's sales team to create sales content, including white papers, case studies, presentations, and collateral.
- Iterate and articulate positioning, strategy and competitive differentiation.
- Work with our PR firm to get us great coverage and participation at the right events.
- Manage our online communications strategy, including engaging our key stakeholders through social media-Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Develop and oversee brand guidelines.
What are our expectations of you?
- 15 years experience and MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Exposure to content marketing, social marketing or a related field.
- Exposure working with B2B, B2C products is mandatory!
- Exposure of working with clients/teams in other Geographies (Europe) would be an added benefit
- We are looking for a Go Getter and so the individual should be comfortable in rolling up their sleeves
- Experience working closely with a sales team.
- Desire, interest, and inclination towards knowledge and thought leadership-oriented marketing.
- Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions and powerful stories.
- Well suited to the startup environment: the flexible, adaptive, self-motivated and fast learner.
