What are we looking for?
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Marketing to join our high-impact team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, elevating our brand presence, and driving demand for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, globally. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead marketing efforts in a rapidly growing company that is reshaping the landscape of Source-to-Pay applications. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, targeting key industries and personas within the Source to Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management domain on the ServiceNow platform.
- Content Excellence: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, articles, videos, and infographics, that showcase our thought leadership and address the pain points of our target audience.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives through inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget judiciously, allocating resources for optimal ROI while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Brand Elevation: Champion the creation and maintenance of a strong brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Product Evangelism: Collaborate closely with the product team to develop compelling product
positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive differentiation.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (minimum 10-12 years) in B2B marketing, in the SaaS industry, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, with a preference for experience in Source To Pay, Procure To Pay, Spend Management, or Accounts Payable domains. Experience within the ServiceNow Ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in developing & executing marketing strategies that drive growth & revenue.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
