Director - Marketing - International Beauty Brand (10-14 yrs)

This role is responsible for leading the brand marketing, digital marketing, CRM/Loyalty programs and customer activation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Brand Management

- Coordinate with Category Head to Strategize on the monthly, quarterly and annual marketing campaigns / calendar for all brands.

- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Ideate, Plan, Manage, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/affiliates, gain insight and assess against goals.

- Monthly planning and execution of content - (Webstore incl. APP, Retail, Social, Marcomm, Brand's private label, accessories and on-boarded brand). Including Copy, Design, Video, Production and Overall Deliverable

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

- Develop, implement and manage our social media Strategy & Budgets on Monthly and Quarterly basis

- Inputs for new Creatives Designing - Banners, Tiles, Thumbnails, Video and Blog Previews, Drop Down Thumbnails, Brand Landing Page Banners as per business requirement.

- Brand Marketing - Creating and implementing high impact marketing initiatives that drive brand positioning and growth

- PR End to End: Publications, Media Relations, Press Release, Influencer KOL Activations, Celebrity Engagement, Expert Panelist Talent Engagement etc.. monthly planning and execution.

- Creating and implementing high impact marketing initiatives that drive brand imagery, positioning & brand growth along with the Marketing team

- Review market research to help anticipate market/industry trends and translate evolving needs into new digital branding and marketing strategies.

- Working in partnership with the social media agency / creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

- Develop plans and execute all the brand launched.

- Role is not just limited to online but would also encompass physical retail stores and whole business

Social Media, PR and Content:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media Strategy & Budgets on Monthly and Quarterly basis

- Manage and oversee social media content along with the Content Teams / Social Media Agency

- Find bloggers, forums, and influencers to work with. Manage blogger and other influencer outreach program work with influencers on a monthly & quarterly basis

- Measure the success of every social media campaigns

- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services for end to end execution of all marketing projects

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

CRM:

- Ideate, develop, plan, execute and monitor marketing techniques/campaigns that will drive new customers acquisition & customers retention

- Customer activation planning and execution through data Analytics, CRM platform, other relevant databases & systems, developing relevant Communication Strategy & driving customer loyalty through affiliate program management, tie ups and Brand's loyalty program management

- Analyzing marketing metrics and weekly, monthly and annual reporting (campaign performances, new customer acquisitions, conversion rates, web analytics, Customer lifetime value, retention, churn etc.)

Digital Marketing

- Responsible for driving the traffic to Brand through paid, organic traffic and keywords as per business plan (for web and mobile)

- Define, plan, analyze the strategy across social media/search engines basis ad type/different properties that they have and brand/category/SKU specific target segment

- Build and monitor the digital marketing budgets and optimize for the various objectives that Brand might have from time to time

- Drive, manage, monitor digital media marketing agency, their contract, billing, payment and performance management

- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting

- Responsible for driving SEO/ SEM and target achievement

- Implementation of digital strategy and tracking of the successes and misses.

- Responsible for MIS & Reporting related to digital marketing covering agency reports, GA, App analytics etc

Performance Goals:
