- An exciting role with a top notch FMCG in Iran who are looking to aggressively spread their wings to other geographies. The role requires candidates who have sound marketing experience in the HPC category, exposure to Iran and Turkey preferably and high EQ levels to be able to ramp up process and capability.

- It has a very interesting mix of Brand Building and brand development

- You would be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, build, enhance the brand equity. Identify key growth drivers in white space markets.

- Devising and implementing category plans with the help of your team you would be responsible for ensuring the the plans are grounded in market dynamics.

- Along with owning the Media agenda you would look aggressively look at New product development linking them to the overall brands and business strat plan.

- The business has aggressive growth plans supported with manufacturing bases getting closer to key markets . It requires someone who will have the driving passion and the creative input to capitalize on different markets, consumer preferences and buying power.

- Now for the experience and skills required to make it for the shortlist...

Must haves :

- Consumer goods experience is an absolute must have .

- Prior work experience in HPC/Disposable categories is highly preferred.

- Should have exposure in areas of Brand Development and currently be in the brand building / Brand strategy arena.

- You must have experience in defining, creating and executing an integrated brand strategy across different countries.

- Identified business development opportunities and worked with cross functional teams to deliver on the same.

- Exposure to developed and emerging markets is highly preferred

- Definitely a blue blood marketer role with a driving passion for creating and execution in diverse geographies

- MBA 15+ years experience in marketing with international / global brands in the FMCG industry.

- 3-5 years working in a leadership role

- Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment.

- Should have worked in developed and emerging markets
