Oversee an account or multiple business units for a client
- Play a key supporting role in sustaining account growth, diversification, and profitability
- Play an influential role in managing client relationship health, client satisfaction, and sustained year-over-year client retention for his/her designated clients
- Function as a strategic business partner, advisor, and relationship lead for a director and/ or manager-level clients on her/his designated account
- Support the eorts to qualify, assess and focus new business and new project opportunities
- Use data to provide a sharp marketing perspective and add strategic value at every step of the creative process, on both new and existing clients
- Serve as a key catalyst for his/her accounts. Inspires and challenges our integrated teams to deliver best-in-class strategy and creative ideas
- Supervise, develop, train and manage performance reviews of Client Services direct reports in the Group
- Partner and collaborate with all department and capability peers and working teams inside the designated group to create smart, innovative digital marketing programs and creative work that delivers results
- Work closely with production leadership to ensure flawless execution of programs across the account
- Work with Account & Strategy teams to develop strategic channel/media solutions
- Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development
- Finalize and present recommendations internally and to clients
- Manage cross-departmental issues regarding any aspect of campaign execution
- Develop and present reports highlighting relevant insights and learnings, and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Candidates with Media Planning & Business Development experience will be preferred
