Director - Marketing - Consumer Lending Domain - FinTech (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for Head- Marketing for a leading consumer lending start-up
Role requirements are:
- Manage the existing marketing team, oversee growth and ensure success of current channel partner integrations
- Lead marketing plans, work closely with management and cross functional teams to create efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for product
- Build on the customer base for existing products (critical part of the role),
- Ensuring success of the current channel partner integrations and managing consistent growth by securing new channel partners
- Develop and manage annual marketing budget, identify short-term and long-term scheduling and resource needs
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, track, report, analyze and recommend
- Prior experience in B2C industry is a must have
- Prior experience in managing a team is a must have
- Prior experience of setting up and scaling partnerships ,thereby increasing customer base will be most relevant
