We are seeking a visionary and strategic marketing professional for the role of Director Marketing &amp; Communications for India for one of our clients, an international Real Estate company. Role Overview The Director - Marketing &amp; Communications is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term marketing &amp; communication vision for the brand, which promotes its unique position in the marketplace. Specific Responsibilities Marketing &amp; Communication - Articulating and promoting the mission, vision, and identity of the organization. - Devising and driving the brand growth strategy for the short, medium, and long term and implementing the brand messaging &amp; awareness within clients and key stakeholders. - Coordinating media interest in the company and ensuring regular contact with target media &amp; appropriate response to media requests. - Securing strategic tie-ups with key industry bodies for joint branding, events, or activities - Managing the strategic and creative design of the marketing and communication activities and materials - Acting as systemic support to business verticals for pitches and client acquisition - Ensuring that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and monitor trends. Planning &amp; Budgeting - Developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications function, monitoring progress, assuring adherence, and evaluating performance - Responsible for achievement of marketing and communication goals and financial objectives. Organizational Strategic Support - Provide support to the CEO, vertical heads and selected others in public affairs matters and marketing related activities Requirements to succeed - Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience as a leader in the strategic design and execution of organizational brand building, marketing, and communications - Experience in developing and managing budgets; and hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel - Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing numerous projects simultaneously - Marketing &amp; Branding Post-graduate from a premium institute - Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Marketing &amp; Communications
