Director Of Marketing

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute marketing strategies:

- Facilitate customer and market research, methodology and integration of findings.

- Generate and increase leads to identify potential opportunities by building inbound and outbound strategy.

- Manage and maintain the overall product's go-to-market plan.

- Develop, track, and control the marketing budget.

- In charge of the NPS process and all digital marketing coordination.

2. Promote and develop marketing and communication:

- Responsible for developing and executing the overall online and offline communication and brand awareness.

- Review and refine the analysis of the performance of advertising campaigns.

- Develop marketing plans to support new and existing products.

- Define and implement local press relation strategy and crisis communication.

3. Support business development:

- Maintain and enhance all product-related information.

- Design and produce all sales related materials, including but not limited to presentations, advertisements, and social media posts.

4. Participate and is the decision maker on human resources related topics for local Marketing team members such as recruitment, performance appraisal, objective settings.

- Help Edenred emerge as employer of choice through proper positioning and communication.

5. The PR, CSR & Communications:

- PR & External Communications: expanding the awareness of Ticket Xpress rewards solution and our brand Edenred.

- Internal communication: improve employee engagement and communication within the -Edenred IN team CSR: plan and execute the CSR initiatives under the group's standards and guidelines.

Qualification and Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience of managing several projects simultaneously on complex topics.

Education: Master's degree (MBA, Mass Communication) or higher.

- Complex project management.

- Corporate strategy.

- Market and value chain analysis.

- Issue analysis.

- Oral and written communication.

- Fluent in English.

- Digital first and offline (press, OOH, PR) experience.

- Excellent communication.

- Rigorous and organized.

- Proactive mindset.

- Curious and hands-on (roll up your sleeves), collaborative style of working.

- Attracted by new technologies.

- Confidence and independence to express opinions to global, regional and local management.

- Leadership that energizes the team and peers.

- Autonomous with the ability to make and implement decisions.
