- Lead the analysis of customer, and marketing data to identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness
- Lead the impartial evaluation of all marketing activity
- Develop and track appropriate metrics to estimate the impact of new strategies /decisions/initiatives and determine if the impact is driving the business materially in the right direction
- Convert business questions into analytical problems and implementable data analyses
- Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses with clear and effective communication and visualization (e.g., Excel Charts and PowerPoint slides) to all levels
- Co-ordinate with relevant functions to ensure good data quality for analysis
- Define and automate standard reports and analysis to drive team efficiency
- Manage multiple priorities through solid Project Management practices
- Identify optimization opportunities across Marketing functions
- Lead the marketing analytics matrixed team (c. 10 people) ensure engagement and wellbeing
- With peers and VP M&CM contribute to the leadership of the wider M&CM function
