Position : Director Operation (Manufacturing) Level : Director Line of Service : Management Consulting Reporting to : Partner Location : Mumbai Role Objective - Strategic and Operations Consulting in Manufacturing Qualifications &amp; Experience :&nbsp; Engineering from IIT/ NIT/ better Engineering institute + Tier 1 MBA ( Operations) - Would have worked a few years in good manufacturing institutions - Has experience of large sale and delivery in Operations Consulting - Has impressive persona, ability to influence others and good communication - Handle team with care and possesses good emotional intelligence - Willing to travel 5 days in a week including overseas - Down to earth but assertive. - Responsible for Key Account Management, Business transformation. - Partner with Client organisations to conceptualise, deploy and sustain people solutions that create business impact. - Responsible for strategic direction and operations of Deals and Org Strategy teams. Responsible for developing annual business plan for account management and team expansion, creating sustainable areas for incremental growth, and identifying process efficiencies for client deliverables
