- Should be of hard core consultancy background :Experience in working with management consulting firms providing solutions for performance improvement and enhance profitability in Indian Market
Key Deliverables :
Key Account Management :
- Managing Relationships for key accounts - inclusive of delivery of current engagements, ensuring quality of delivery and seeking constant feedback from client leadership, developing skills within team, exploring opportunities for operations and cross line of service engagements with the client, holding Account Planning Workshops for key clients
- Conducting client workshops for domain experts and consultants including assistance from overseas network.
Practice Support : Leading people development for analytical skills across operations consulting. Conceptualizing Body of Knowledge, training packs, organizing and conducting training sessions and conducting tests for all operations consulting practice
Product and Business Development : Development of Intellectual Property for the firm, upload in the network, generate leads for prospective clients; conduct dip stick diagnostic studies, proposal development and presentation, negotiation and closing deals.
