Director - Manpower Planning (10-15 yrs)

JOB PURPOSE:

To devise the Manpower strategy for the company, provide thought leadership and drive the effective development and implementation of the Manpower plan throughout the group.

You will conduct an in-depth analysis of organizational plans and objectives to further develop future supply and demand on manpower resources. Working closely with business leaders and head of departments to understand their requirements and phasing methodology for future recruitment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Lead the development of the manpower plan and recruitment strategy on a yearly basis - Design, update and maintain the complete manpower plan across all business entities for the group Design and maintain all policies and procedures associated with the Manpower planning team

- Establish the yearly manpower planning budget in collaboration with different functions based on the approved organizational structure

- Coordinate with department head to identify upcoming recruitment needs in line with the manpower plan

- Ensure that all reports are completed in a timely manner and comply with group policies and standards.

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

- Operates within the framework and boundaries of group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.

- Authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

ALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University

Minimum Experience :

- 10+ years experience in a Human Resources position, with at least 5 years focused on Manpower planning and analysis.

- Proven experience in monitory and processing manpower/financial planning transactions and statistical reporting.

- Excellent presentation skills and effective communication skills

- Awareness of policies and procedures and internal processes
