Director/Manager - Strategy Consulting - Pharma/CMT/Industry Products Domain - IIM

JOBPOINT is working with a Global brand who are looking to recruit Director/ Manager Strategy at based at office in Delhi & Mumbai, India.

Preferred IIM candidates from Tier 1 consulting firms {Prior (Not more than 1 year) or current experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney, Monitor candidates only} with minimum 7+ years of below domain expertise.

Salary Will Not Be Constraint To The Right Candidates

Designation: Director/ Manager

1. Strategy Consulting - PLS - Pharma (Delhi/ Mumbai).

Role and responsibilities: (Min. 7 - years exp.)

- The candidate should bring deep understanding of PLS sector in India (purely back-office roles catering to US/ EU or other markets from India don't qualify).

- Should have worked on commercial strategy projects spanning therapy area strategy, product portfolio strategy, GTM, overseas entry strategy, pill-plus solutions, field force sizing & structure, optimal allocation of promotional budgets, leveraging digital solutions etc.

- Work experience in operational aspects such as COGS reduction, indirect cost reduction, operating model redesign, supply chain, R&D etc is an added advantage.

- Should bring domain expertise in key therapy areas such as CVS, Diabetes, Oncology, Respiratory, Vaccines, Women's Health etc.

- Prior consulting experience with a top tier firm in a project leadership role is a must; corporate experience with a leading pharmaceutical or medical devices co is a nice to have.

2. Industry Products - Industrial Manufacturing, Metals, Cement, others (Delhi/ Mumbai).

Role and responsibilities: (Min. 7+ years exp.)

- The candidate should bring deep understanding of Industrial Products sector in India (purely back-office roles catering to US/ EU or other markets from India don- t qualify).

- Should have worked on commercial strategy projects spanning Growth Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, Go To Market, Market Entry Strategy, Digital Solutions, Post-Merger Integration, Transformation project where applicable.

- Work experience in operational aspects such as COGS reduction, indirect cost reduction, operating model redesign, supply chain, R&D etc would also help, but is a secondary consideration.

- Should bring domain expertise in key areas like Industrial Manufacturing, Metals, Cement, others.

- Prior consulting experience with a top tier firm in a project leadership role is a must; corporate experience within a corporate setup in a strategy role is a nice to have.

3. Communication Media and Technology - TICE- telecoms, digital, online (Delhi)

Role and responsibilities: (Min. 7+ years exp.)

- Extensive past experience across all aspects of TICE- telecoms, digital, online.

- Managing large engagement TICE / CMT projects in Delhi.

- Proactive role in Business Development.

- Generating leads in targeted portfolio.

- Leading proposal and BD effort on partner's generated leads - fully contributing to the realization of Revenue yearly target.

- Developing the Intellectual Capital of Strategy& Leading 1 to 2 white paper on CMT hot topics (e.g. data monetization, Rural BB, Satellite BB, etc.)

- Contributing to other CMT projects by providing International benchmark elements and best practices examples.

- Supporting other CMT projects outside India when relevant.

- Active role in building the CMT skills within the Strategy& team.

- Build up Trainings and Content sessions with S& CMT consultants.

- Support and/or Coaching role of managers on CMT project when relevant.

- Contribution to the recruiting effort.
