Total Experience : 17 to 22 Years

Location: Pune

Mandatory Requirements

BPO Experience is must

BFS Domain is must. Preferably in the fields of Accounting, Reconciliation and Investments processing.

Experience in Operation / Managed Services, Service Delivery Management.

Team Size Management of minimum 50 to 100

Relevant experience should be in 14 to 15 years

Director - Managed Services / Operations Is the operational executive over the India-based Buy-Side managed services teams providing operational delivery, monitoring and ensuring achievement of service level agreements and managing day-to-day activities of team. Works on complex tasks, projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk, impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals high level of knowledge within one or more areas of specialty. Coaches and mentors staff. Works without supervision on the most complex projects. Proficient understanding of all operations processing policies and procedures. Typically requires fifteen or more years of experience and up to five years of leadership responsibility in managing large-scale, technical and business managed services operations, including BPaaS, Application Managed Services and Hosting

- Solves problems in the market and the Client base by integrating functional, technical, operational outsourcing concepts into a coherent overall solution

- Effectively articulates the solution's value including business support, technology deployment, commercial models, ROI illustration and service levels

- Develops & presents to different stakeholders including senior management/executive level both internal and external.

- Monitors industry and collects data to maintain awareness of current practices and future trends.

- Manages the processing environment to protect production systems critical to the success of the business.

- Delivers an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets.

- Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for processing operations.

- Directly manages Managers within managed services team. Ensures on-time, quality delivery of services.

- Selects, trains, develops and leads an efficient and effective processing team.

- Identifies and recommends cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area.

- Ensures all backup and recovery and disaster recovery processes will meet or exceed business requirements.

- Develops and implements team standards and procedures that support departmental standards and procedures.

- Develops and executes project plans and schedules for documentation of work and results.

- Develops, manages and forecasts the budgets for the relevant cost centers.

- Other related duties assigned as needed.

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Knowledge of all processing phases

- Knowledge of processing administration and processing activities and controls (preferably in fields of accounting, reconciliation and investments processing)

- Knowledge of Financial products and systems a plus

- Proficiency in client communication and escalation management

- Extensive project and program management experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, with responsibility for resource management, solution financials and client sponsorship

- Proficiency to effectively supervise, lead and manage staff members (experience of managing at least 50+ members)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

- Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others

- Proficiency in evaluating the performance capabilities of subordinates as well as counsel subordinates in development and/or corrective discipline

- Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on analysis of cost effectiveness of past expenditures

- Proficiency to operate independently
