Hiring for a leading ecommerce organization

Position: Director-Last Mile Delivery

KRA's:-

- Responsible for creating world class last mile delivery operations capability for White Goods

- Responsible for creating efficient last mile delivery solution with maximum flexibility and minimized cost Build.

- Responsible for customized enhanced delivery options to customer in terms of Goods handling, appointments etc.

- Define track and improve on key metrics pertaining to White Goods delivery and customer delight in terms of delivery service.

- Work closely with Fulfilment and Retail Operations teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution and handling system for White Goods.

- Work with External Logistics experts to implement global Delivery/logistics initiatives in White Goods Handling System

- Work closely with ENG team to build strong technology/System/Processes for Delivery Operations.

- Accountable for Delivery Centre and related asset management.

- Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of new optimized delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams.

- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.

- Accountable for Delivery Quality assurance

- Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountability of delivery operations pan India.
