Director - LIBOR - Contract Management Services - FS Domain - BFSI - LLB/LLM

- Candidate should have more than 12 years of experience in FS domain with exposure to banking and financial institutions transactions and contracts.

- Should be leading FS legal transactions and managed teams with strong relationships with senior stakeholders in their organisation.

- Should have exposure to supporting global transactions and worked with global counterparts.

- Candidate should be able to lead and drive practice and grow FS practice for the firm and look for new opportunities.

- Managed large global projects end to end within contract management services .

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle and technology exposure focused on FS contracting (ISDA, CSA, Bonds, Loans).

- Managed large global projects end to end within contract management services.

- Education: LLB/LLM must, open to look for any post graduate (Full time)
