Director - Legal (with Big 4)
- LLB/LLM, with expertise in domestic & international legal compliances, risk & governance ( GRC) framework and procedures. Deep understanding of GRACE (governance, risk, assurance, compliance, and ethics)
- Expertise in Statutory Legal Compliance, Regulatory management, mapping & auditing Central, State & Municipal legislation, Legal strategy planning, commercial contracts, due diligence project, legal documentation, drafting & vetting and liaising with Government & Regulatory authorities
- Exposure to global practices, worked on international laws with overseas law firms.
- Expertise in contract drafting and review of both National & International contracts and providing
- Litigation Support

- Instrumental in implementing Statutory Legal Compliance and Regulatory management program across various diversified sectors
- Advising clients on Risk, Sustainability and Assurance parameters for successful compliance program
- Conducting Statutory Compliance Audit for Domestic origin clients
- Drafting and Vetting of Legal documentation
- Conducting Legal Due Diligence
- Project Planning and Resources allocation
- Ensuring and guiding on Industry legal research and legal updates practices
- Managing the role of Business Development Team head, instrumental in developing the business and key accounts closure.
- It's a P&L responsibilities role.
Qualification : LLB/LLM
Experience : 12+ years relevant work exposure
