Job Description - Your primary responsibility will be to take control over General Ledger, Trial balance and preparation of our client's statutory reporting disclosures. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing control expertise, assurance, and attestations around core numbers reported within the financial statements.

Description

- You will be responsible to provide control expertise, assurance, and attestations around core numbers reported within the financial statements of our client

- As a part of the leadership team, you will take care of the establishment and implementation of short and long term goals and strategies

- You will oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems in compliance with GAAP

- Taking care of the senior stakeholder relationship management

- Period accounting close (month, quarter and year-end) and associated reporting requirements to Group reporting and Tax

- Developing innovative opportunities to improve processes/products and exceed customer expectation

- Groom and mentor the team to handle wider span & higher responsibilities

- Proactively involved in the decision-making process and evaluation

Profile

- Formal accounting and business qualification ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent, with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience

- Our client is only looking for Gender Diveristy candidates for their D&I initiative.

- Strong Financial background Experience

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

- Good communication and inter-personal skills

- Understanding of SAP

- Experience of working with Senior Management including senior executive level
