Director - Legal (Content and Templates) Our Company is automating various processes relating to financing transactions. These include the share issuance processes, stock options plans, financing related agreements, transfer agreements, trusts and terms (relating to early stage financing). We will work with law firms and other advisors to help startups close financing transactions. Responsibilities: - Draft template library for startup documents - Create clause library for financing documents - Coordinate with product team for implementing contract management solution - Work with product team to automate document analysis - Build framework for semi legal content like blogs, handbooks etc - Continuous research on simplifying legal language Requirements: - 5-8 years in a legal or a VC firm handling startup transactions - Hands on experience handling financing transactions - Ability to express complex legal structures in simple language - Excellent verbal communication skills - Obsessive attention to detail - Self motivated and excellent team player - Ability to work in fast-changing tech environment
