- Develop & Implement people strategies to enhance organizational excellence and ensure sustained bench strength and play a major role in talent acquistion/ development.
- Prepare, monitor and control the annual training budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the training and development plan
- Establish and develop policies and processes for Learning and Talent to successfully drive the L&T agenda of the organization
- Develop and implement training initiatives and programs which will ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and experience to achieve high levels of performance
- Develop and implement leadership programs for the management to meet management development and career planning objectives
- Identify and implement Best Practice Tools in order to enhance the effectiveness of the function
- Design the training strategy of the company and align it to the culture of pay for performance
- Work on the transformation of training culture and monitor the change through advanced tools and feedback methods
- Ensure the development of talented employees through personalized training program to develop company potential employees and retain
- Drive transformation projects to move the organization to the next level in collaboration with HRBP's and Business Stake holders
- Work closely with OED Managers and suggest, develop and help implement initiatives to bring out the performance culture in the organization
