Director - Learning & Development - Services Industry (15-20 yrs)
About our Client : Leading Global MNC in the services domain
Role :
Reporting into the VP, your responsibilities will include :
- Stratergizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- Understanding Behavioral and Leadership development needs of the businesses in order to design and deliver high impact learning programs.
- End to end management of behavioral and technical learning strategy
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Driving the culture-building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen people's capability.
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
As a successful candidate you should have :
- 15-20 years of experience in L&D roles with exposure to and demonstrated competence in other functional areas
- Candidates with experience in IT/ITes/Consulting/BPO/KPO/healthcare
- Must have experience in taking care of L&D for scale organizations
- Exposure in handling Digital pieces and LMS for the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Excellent stakeholder management
