Job Description :

Plans, executes and delivers L&D strategies and interventions as follows :

- Determining how to best execute the strategy within the country taking into account the unique geographical and business needs.

- Having deep expertise on the culture and local environment.

- Partnering with L&D Solutions leaders to determine the best approaches for executing initiatives.

- Delivering a range of learning solutions including training classes and programs as needed and designing and implementing performance improvement interventions to meet employee and organizational needs.

Position Accountability and Scope :

- Reports to Area Director for the region

- Builds and sustains productive working relationships with peers in a matrix environment; provides L&D support to the business; and is a subject matter expert on the businesses and the country.

- Acts as a partner with BHR and business leaders to provide L&D support to achieve the business objectives.

- Analyzes business needs identifies gaps between ideal and actual performance required to meet organizational business needs and determine performance deficiencies; aligns solutions with business goals.

Training and Facilitation :

- Around 3-4 direct reports.

Minimum Education : Pref MBA in HR

Experience : Minimum 15 years of total experience with experience in strategic HR / pref some global experience in L&D or Training, OD or L&D consulting.
