@Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Director - Last Mile Operations for a technology platform in the Retail space. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate project deliveries with a focus on vendors, people & pricing - Identify and develop resources relevant to project deliverables and operations goals - Improve on-time project deliveries, and set measurement standards for quality of implementation - Understand the nuances of project management, set-up operational SOPs and processes weaved in with our technology systems that lead to a top-quality delivery experience. - Develop pricing strategies which are in alignment with company objectives - Set up/improve vendor onboarding and development process and develop a scientific engine to distribute work amongst suppliers - Create operations strategy with quarterly and annual capacity forecasts Requirements: - The professional must have experience in leading large teams across geographies and should have worked closely with senior stakeholders - Must possess very strong background experience in operations; he/she should also demonstrate such experience. - Should be highly analytical in his approach with an eye for detailing - Good academic background with a degree from top tier university Compensation: Will match the best in industry standards and may be offered ESOPs
