- Handling end-to-end advanced custom research and industry research projects across a variety of industries such as life sciences & healthcare and financial services

- Undertaking the following activities :

1. Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring

2. Understanding clients- specific research requirements and coming up with solutions

3. Thinking creatively throughout a project to overcome bottlenecks and provide thought-leadership

- Key additional attributes which are essential for these positions include

1. Conducting in-depth secondary and primary research

2. Advanced data collection, synthesis and data interpretation

3. Information analysis and presentation in various formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

4. Writing well-structured research reports. A key element will also involve quality-checking team members- work for accuracy, structure and flow, and logical thought process

5. Preparing well-structured PowerPoint presentations

- Representative projects will include :

1. Market entry studies/market entry strategies

2. Industry landscapes

3. In-depth industry studies, including market sizing & segmentation

4. Competitive benchmarking

5. Demand-supply intelligence

6. Data analysis and visualization

- Identifying process improvements and automation possibilities in existing projects, both client-facing and internal (HR, finance, etc.)

- Increasing the effectiveness of data collection procedures including the extraction of large volumes of data from databases/ websites using API integration and web scraping methods

- Creating reproducible data science solutions and designing data pipelines

- Processing, cleansing and verifying large amounts of data for analytical purposes

- Presenting data in a visually appealing manner by identifying trends and deriving insights

Qualifications and Skills :

- Master's degree in any discipline

- Prior Big 4 / reputed consulting firm experience would be preferred

- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing at least 3-4 team members and at least 2-3 client engagements

- Strong analytical ability
