- The company has global relationships with leading Ivy League Schools in the United Sates as well as Europe.


- The company has a thriving B2B education solutions business across India, SE Asia and the Middle East and longstanding engagments with marquee clients.

- Prior sales / business development experience in executive education / education solutions is highyl preferred.

The key accountabilities for the Director, Key Accounts - North are as below :

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

2. Lead the sales effort for the geography and achieve sales targets

3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, the sales team and building long-term client relationships

4. Provide innovative ideas for business growth

5. Negotiate and close agreements with customers

6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

8. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' need
