We- ve built a highly scalable and integrated platform using on-cloud technology that differentiates them across all lines of business and enables rapid development.

We are looking for a Director-IT to provide overall technical leadership. The Director-IT will be someone with strategic thinking, Multiple Project Management and strong Stakeholder management skills. He/She will work very closely with the top management team to attain the company's strategic goals to deliver the road map and services to global clients. The position will report into the Managing Director.

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: BE/ B Tech/ M. Tech / MS - IT

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions.

- Overseeing the development and enhancement of systems and integrating.

New systems with those existing.

- You will be responsible for overall P&L Management. Creating a budget for each project as well as managing the financial aspects of the entire IT department such as purchases and ongoing budgeting.

- The person should have strong development skills in Big data, Hadoop, Java, Oracle, open source, and analytics and should have minimum 15 years of work experience specifically in these domains.

- The Director-IT will be responsible for solving complex technology challenges, recruitment, team-building and motivation, customer evangelization, technology solutioning and managing multiple projects.

Requirements:

- Should have 15 to 20 years of proven experience in Software development and leadership role.

- Should have strong experience of multiple projects handling with global clients.

- Must have more than 10 years of experience in Internal /External stakeholder management.

- Should have strong experience on technologies like Big data, Hadoop, Java, Oracle and .net Technology.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Project management skills.
