Director EMEA and India IT Sales


- We are currently retained by a global IT services organization which is growing--no we are not talking about an MNC so please read carefully and only if you would like to use your current expertise and gain global exposure in a high growth setup then apply.

- The role is with an IT services firm that solves problems by harnessing the power of technology.

- The Sales Director role would to take initiatives in driving the Sales team and be able to judge the pulse of the market and drive to set new benchmarks in the industry. To fit this, you must be a hunter with proven sales experience in the global market for IT services sales.

The role will include:

Leading new customer acquisition: Build a sustainable process driven acquisition strategy that evolves with new trends and changes.

Lead Revenue Target and high growth: Plan and work towards maintaining the revenue growth consistently through various revenue channels. Ability to identify and focus channels that have higher value.

Expanding horizons: Working on winning new customers across new markets, verticals and industries.

End to End Sales: Someone who can work on sales closure from 1st call interest generation to SOW and finally winning an account. Strong Stakeholder Management: Work seamlessly with pre-sales and leadership team to make deals happen.

Building Strong Partnerships: Build meaningful partnerships as implementation partner, technology partner and specific vertical partnership with potential firms that add value and accelerate the business for both and resulting in overall growth.

Strong Sales Team Building: Build new best practices and initiatives that enhance the individual and team level capabilities in driving the organizational growth.

Strong Stakeholder Management: Lead non-technical communication to a wide variety of stakeholders in the buying decision (CEO, CFO, CTO, CIO, CDO, CMO, CSO and others).

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between sales and technical expertise

- You must be an MBA preferred from the top tier college with engg or business graduate.

- 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development in complex data solutions/applications.

- 10-12 years of experience with negotiating and closing large complex deals.

- 10+ years' of sales and customer-facing engineering experience.

- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in either of Application development, Testing services, Cloud services, Data & Analytics for multiple customers across the globe

- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with enterprise clients at CXO and CXO-1 levels

- Solid technical knowledge in software applications, networking, big data analytics plus tools, web/mobile/IoT app development, etc.

- Extensive customer network and experience in India & EMEA regions
