Director - IT Product Development - Insurance

Our client a leading IT company in Pune.

Accountabilities :

- Responsible for building IT product / Platform in Insurance space

- Decipher the enterprise architecture and develop the solution architecture for the legacy migration or new implementation.

- Provide the Insurance domain and core system expertise to the functional team and perform a techno-functional role in the implementation of the core insurance platform.

Own the implementation from functional perspective and guiding the team members.

Desired Profile:

- Resource should- ve worked in big IT platforms implementation projects during the full life cycle.

- Candidate should have expertise in multiple modules of insurance and their implementation in the core administration platforms.

- Should at least have an experience of 18+ years in the modules like New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, Commissions, Accounting, Reinsurance, Collection and disbursement etc while implementing IT projects.

- Should have worked as a business/functional architect or functional head on large core platform implementation.

- Should have a very good experience of SDLC and managing the deliverables during each phase of SDLC.

- Should have deep knowledge of migration, integration and synchronization between the systems
