IT Infrastructure/IT Infrastructure Management 3. IT Asset Management, Data Center operations 4. Information Security, PCI DSS 5. Windows/Server/Network support 6. Experience in managing Global IT Network/Offices 7. Good to have software design/development/enterprise system implementation skills the job responsibility would include : - Spearheading the entire gamut of IT Infrastructure, Application, Operations, Strategy &amp; Consulting Services portfolio for various International &amp; domestic clients - Executing multiple large E-governance programs &amp; liable for IT Operations, IT Process &amp; Service Delivery Excellence &amp; IT Transformation as IT Account Leader - Leading end-to-end IT service delivery portfolio for large reputed clients - Created strategic plans &amp; identified key success factors; set priorities and allocate resources to achieve unit, division and corporate goals - Monitored IT roadmap, IT infrastructure, IT operations &amp; overall IT budget for India offices - Strategized &amp; established IT standards and guidelines - Contributed in purchasing, contracts, and negotiations, vendor management &amp; procurement - Implemented technologies for in-house Projects, Project Coordination, and Team Management - Engaged in implementing business / IT controls for teams along with Business Continuity Planning activities (BCP), Emergency - Response and Disaster Recovery Planning /Testing of various processes
