Reporting to the CIO of the organization the IT Director would be responsible to create best in class commercial, SFE, marketing and linked processes and systems to create distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace & lead disruptive digital transformations in the organization.

- Lead the "Digital Transformation" vision to create differentiated services in the market.
- Spearhead all IT and BPE initiatives in the area of CRM, CLM, Digital Marketing and corresponding enable processes.
- Drive advanced analytic to find new insights for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Look for process and productivity improvement opportunities in the area of SFE, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management.
Profile :
- B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institutes with more than 15 years of experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes, digital marketing, omni channel marketing.
- Exposure to thinking on Digital Business Models.
- Knowledge of CRM, CLM & Digital Understanding
