Client – A leading Social Investment Advisory Firm

Location – Hyderabad/Mumbai

Eligibility – 7 to 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund Experience, and equity

Team management –Should have managed team 5 to 10 team members

Compensation – Best in the Industry; Prefer people who are currently drawing a fixed compensation above 25 Lacs.

Director (10+ years Investment Banking Experience: M&A and Equity)

Education/Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in an Investment Bank/Investment banking (significant part in India);

- Originated transactions on his/her own (across Private Equity/ Venture Capital and M&A preferably; no IPO or Debt) for the last few years

- MBA from Top Management school

Accountabilities:

- Revenues from new lead generation and business development in Investment Banking

- Timely closure of each transaction

- Responsible for P&L ; revenue generation of 7 crores

- Span of Control: 2-5 direct reports
