We have an opportunity for Chief Business Officer with one of our client.

Chief Business Officer

Role Description :

The CBO will be responsible for meeting the sustainable revenue growth plans of the group in addition to achieving key financial parameters like gross margin, free cash flow,

USA experience mandatory.

- Developing long term and short-term revenue growth strategy across verticals and geographies

- Achieve market share objectives across verticals and geographies

- Build a strong process driven environment for the Execution of various organizational functional objectives including direct sales, account management, alliances/channels, sales operations and business development.

- Building a strong solution selling approach targeted at C-suite decision makers within the customer organization

- Building, coaching and leading high performance sales teams to meet organizational and personal growth objectives

- Meet various financial and business objectives like annual recurring revenue, unit productivity, unit volumes, gross margin, free cash flow etc

Education and Experience :

- Engineering Graduate/MBA with 10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software and B2C software sales.

- US market experience mandatory.

- Should have experience working at the leadership level in high growth IT solutions/product companies.

Key Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ideal candidate must be an accomplished sales, marketing and business development professional and should possess consistent successful track record in achieving stretch goals with strategic accounts, in a complex and culturally challenging environment.

- Must have strong sales process capabilities.

- Has experience in growing a business in a relatively short timeframe and with aggressive growth targets; proven track record to build a team and capability.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex organizations with the knowledge of how to successfully navigate issues with imaginative and winning solutions

- Should be ready/willing to travel extensively.

- General business knowledge and clear understanding of customer needs and expectations

- Proven ability to network in a complex organization both internally and externally
