Job Description : 

- Driving high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters, particularly across Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong and PRC jurisdictions

- Leading and directing engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures, valuations and forensic accounting investigation assignments;

- Delivering quality work product and a high level of client service;

- Driving business and practice development;

- Leading the professional development of staff; and

- Participating in and leading global business initiatives.

Profile : 

- CA or CPA qualification and holder of a recognised insolvency practitioner's licence;

- Qualified to take liquidation appointments in Singapore, with a minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and associated investigations;

- Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen;

- Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems;

- Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills;

- Strong people management skills; and

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
