What will you do

We are looking for a Director - Digital Insights and Market Research who will lead client acquisition(essentially BD), engagements and success for their digital consumer insights and market research requirements

Responsibilities

- Lead client end-to-end engagements and relationships with top brand clients and agencies

- Creating, designing and managing digital research studies based on briefs provided by the clients

- Interact closely with clients throughout projects, often on a daily basis

- Manage ongoing reporting and final deliverables and presentations

- Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations Meet and acquire new clients through prospecting, business development, and sales efforts

- Present the company and offerings, prepare winning proposals, negotiate pricing Lead client communications regularly to support the development of trusted relationships

- Help develop digital insights products and solutions offerings based on market needs Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and thought the leadership of the company

Requirements

- 8 to 12 Years- experience in market research, brand marketing, a digital agency in client facing roles

- Experience in quantitative market research with knowledge of brand and consumer insights

- Commitment to customer success with experience in managing and growing client relationships

- Proven track record in sales, business development, new client acquisition

- Strong interpersonal and business development skills

- Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail orientation

- Passion for technology and willingness to work in a start-up
