Essential qualifications/experience -

- BSc / B.Tech or equivalent industry experience.

- Responsibility for delivering and managing a service in a technology context

- Experience with Agile, DevOps, SRE practice, process and tools.

- Experience with Infrastructure automation tools such as IPCenter, EyeShare, Saltstack, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, RunDeck, Bamboo, Teamcity o Experience with SOAP, Microservices and RESTful Architecture.

- Experience in Unix/Linux environment, programming languages C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Ruby o Data types:XML, Json

- Webservices and application servers: Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic etc.

- Managed large teams (50+) and budget (- 5m +)

- Led/delivered enterprise change (specific examples will be required To Initiate and develop the GTIS Automation Centre of Excellence, in charge of implementing the roadmap, maintaining the digital workforce and driving the GTIS Intelligent Automation journey.

Job Description:

- Lead the creation of value proposition and USP for each IA capability.

- Lead innovation, ideation across the entire GTIS footprint and leverage evolving technologies to identify opportunities of efficiencies driving business excellence.

- Work together with GTIS towers and technology partners and suppliers to constantly innovate, identify new news and new technologies enabling to deliver additional value to the organization .

- Local Vendor relationship management of key workforce sites supporting in scope technologies delivered from India.

IT Service Management:

- Focused on business outcomes as an overarching way of working o Possesses the capabilities and characteristics of an IT Service Manager, and brings these to the role in defining and pursuing future methods and approaches to service management.

- Can look through lenses of business, functional, data and technology, understands the differences and when to prioritize each.

- Can use the language of data modelling to express concepts and ideas, when appropriate.

- Has a good working knowledge of the vendor products in place within the scope of infrastructure services and external Cloud provider capabilities in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

- Experienced with the use of ITIL and Service management frameworks.
