Director - Individual Fund Raising - NGO/Social Services

- Strengthen and expand Face to Face team of 120 fundraisers across India in next 3 year's time.

- Further define and strengthen donor servicing and backend processing.

- Strengthen the donor retention and engagement process and achieve desired donor retention targets.

- Analyze data, trends, etc. in order to achieve maximum ROI.

- Explore new projects/ sources for individual fundraising.

- Assist/ co-ordinate other fundraising verticals in their database generation or other engagement models.

- Work with communication and digital and develop innovative acquisition and retention and engagement communication.

- Develop and implement incentive and R&R plan for boosting performances.

- Have the right team structure, with regular learning, development and growth of the team.

- Have a performance based culture and collaborative environment across departments.

- Excellent knowledge in face to face fundraising especially developing and managing large multicity operations. Understanding of street pitching is mandatory, knowledge in door to door fundraising will be an added advantage

- Excellent team building and people management skills

- In-depth understanding of monthly giving process which includes its operational processes, analytics and ROI

- Ability to understand data and data driven decision making

- Knowledge of DSMHive or similar CRM implementation and sustenance

- Entrepreneurial with high energy levels and passion to succeed

- Demonstrate ability to work in ambiguity and be decisive

- Innovative and solutions oriented thinker
