Director - Indirect Tax - CA Firm (10-16 yrs)
Leading CA Consulting firm hiring Director Indirect Tax -( Top Leader ship Role).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage delivery of indirect tax compliance's for clients
- Provide thought through advice in the realm of Indirect Tax laws
- Represent clients before Tax officer, appellate bodies
- Support and Brief Senior Counsels, lawyers for litigation matters Support to clients in handing Tax office audits, inquiries and investigations including by DGGI, DRI, etc
- Financial performance including overall growth - revenues, gross and net margins and receivables. Strategy formulation and implementation
- Goal setting including five-year plans, annual business plan
- Monitoring MIS, P&L, manage receivables Business growth
- Work with Global Sales & Marketing functions & developing strategy for the practice, to grow it further
- Achieving the Practice's revenue target year on Year
- Working top management &engage them to grow the relationship beyond that of a service provider
