Director - Impact & Monitoring & Evaluation - EduTech NGO (5-10 yrs)
Your role is to :
- Lead and manage the iteration and further development of our monitoring, measurement and evaluation strategy
- Codify monitoring and evaluation processes and structures to advance our mission more efficiently and effectively where they exist and design new processes where they do not
- Collaborate with the board and other experts to adapt and iterate the impact strategy to reflect new instruments, tools, or evidence base
- Oversee and conduct data collection, management, and analysis utilizing accurate data collection instruments and ethical principles
- Communicate (written, oral, visual, etc.) Dost's impact strategy, learnings, and results internally and externally
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to drive higher engagement, outcomes, and impact for families using our product
- Collaborate with co-founders to drive impact strategy in the future, including but not limited to engaging with third-party consultants
You will be a great fit for this role if you :
- Believe in the power of education in transforming lives and fostering social mobility
- Have 7-10 years of work experience in research, program design and evaluation and are comfortable working with data and creating lean, rapid evaluation tests
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and - get it done- mentality - you- re excited to dive right in to understand how things work and improve them as you go
- Have extremely high attention to detail complemented by exceptional written communication, editorial expertise, and research skills
- Enjoy communicating with others and leading by example to foster a warm, driven culture - but you don't mind being silly while doing it
- Want to work in an environment with a growth-mindset, where your role and responsibilities can adapt to new challenges and opportunities
- Are located or willing to relocate to Delhi
- Have a graduate level degree in a relevant field. This is a preference, not a requirement.
