Job Responsibility - Resource Management: Establish a recruitment process, manage the Onboarding exercise, Act as a Partner to the Practice Groups, be responsible for the maintenance and conduct of the appraisal and career management process, act as an advisor to the partner, assist on all performance management issues - Compensation Management: undertake market research for annual review and for new appointments, advise on CTC/fixed/variable components, translate conclusions from performance assessments for annual increment recommendations in conjunction with Heads of Practice Groups, ensure that increments and bonuses are set on time, prepare HR budgets. - HR records and compliance - Firm Policies and Employee Relations: advise the firm on appropriate HR policies in line with industry norms, ensure appropriate policies are written and communicated and recorded. - Manage the day to day HR activities - Manage the Health and Safety of the employees - Organisational Development Candidate Requirement - An HR person who has an experience of 5-8 years of leading a team. - Candidates from Technology and Banking sector would be preferred.
