Director HR


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


- You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in the SaaS field. This includes developing and implementing strategies to source, screen, and hire the best candidates for open positions, as well as developing and managing recruitment and onboarding processes that promote a positive candidate experience.


Performance Management:


- You will be responsible for implementing performance management strategies that align with the company's goals and values. This includes developing and administering performance reviews, goal setting, and recognition programs that motivate and engage employees, as well as developing and implementing strategies to address performance issues and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:


- You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in the SaaS field. This includes developing and administering salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages that are competitive and align with the company's goals and values.


- Employee Relations: You will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes developing and administering policies and procedures related to harassment and disclaim in at ion, managing conflicts and grievances, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

- Learning and Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that promote continuous learning and professional development among employees. This includes identifying training needs, developing training programs and materials, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

- HR Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR systems and data and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. This also includes managing HR budgets and resources and providing strategic guidance and support to other departments and senior executives within the organization.
